About

A little about “The Yarn Store at Alma Park”….

The Yarn Shop at Alma Park started in 2004 with a farm shed and some alpaca yarn and fiber.  It has grown today to a 2,000 sq ft store  with all the major brands like Malabrigo, Plymouth, Berroco, Louet Spinning Wheels, Brother Carders, Chiao Goo etc etc and showcases “Indy Dyed Yarn by Rose“ with over 1,000 hand dyed skeins in stock.  Set in the middle of an alpaca farm, crafters can stitch and gaze out the windows at the alpacas grazing.

It is also a spinner‘s/felter’s paradise with tons (literally) of fiber.  From Alpaca to Zwartble, we’ve got it.  Of course hand -painted braids by Rose and art batts are a staple.

Also,  Rose has recently started designing patterns. She is AlmaPark on Ravelry publishes patterns under Alma Park Deigns and @almapark on IG and FB.
